Jeff had a battle with kidney stones.

EPISODE #3:
Michael goes to RED TEAM.
CHALLENGE: $100.00 & 10 minutes to shop.
- cook & prepare the 5 meals for Ramsey.
- BLUE TEAM LOSE. - clean the dorms.
DINNER SERVICE:
- top food critic.
- Both kitchen didn't finished.
- BLUE TEAM loses.
NOMINATION: Wendy & Andrew.
EVICATED: Wendy.
Jeff quitted.
EPISODE #4:
Jessica is crying RE: Wendy was kicked out.
Red Team is happy that Jeff quit.
Another early WAKE -UP CALL at 7:00am by an AIR HORN.
CHALLENGE: set-up the dinning room
- BLUE TEAM won. PRIZE: an spa treatment.
- LOSER: polish all the dishes & pans.
DINNER SERVICE: Frogs legs
- 2nd part of the penalty set-up the dinning room during their prep time.
- RED TEAM finish first even with their penalty.
NOMINATION: Andrew & Mary Ellen.
EVICATED: Mary Ellen.
EPISODE #5:
CHALLENGE: Make Pasta
- 20 minutes to make the best pasta.
- RED WON. PRIZE: day on the gondola .
LOSER: Had to make all the pasta for dinner.
DINNER SERVICE: 2 Seating.
- RED lost.
NOMINATION: Elsie & Chris.
EVICATED: Chris.
EPISODE #6:
CHALLENGE: Blind Taste Test
- RED WON. PRIZE: Going out with Ramsey on a wine tasting.
- LOSER: Clean-up last dishes.
The chefs get to make their own dishes.
DINNER SERVICE:
- BLUE storage room is locked every time they want in - had to unlock the combination. Andrew tried to cheat but got caught by Scott.
- Both finish.
RED WON.
NOMINATION: Andrew.
EVICATED: Andrew.
EPISODE #7: THE BLACK JACKETS
Ralph, Jessica, Jimmy, Elsie, & Michael all get the jackets.
CHALLENGE: Table-side.
- learn how to flambé
- 5 minutes to flambé
- Jimmy won. PRIZE: choose another chef & helicopter tour of LA. Choose Michael.
DINNER SERVICE:
- Elsie had table -side salad.
NOMONATION: Jimmy & Jessica.

EPISODE #8
CHALLENGE: 15 Leftovers
- must prepare something in 15 minutes.
- LOSER: prep for dinner all day
- WINNER - Elsie. Appear on "Good Day Live".
DINNER SERVICE:
- They were terrible, didn't communicate with Elsie. (jealous )
NOMINATION: no body. Ramsey picked.
EVICATED: Elsie. Ramsey gave her warm wishes.
EPISODE #9:
at 3:49 am Ramsey called them to kitchen with their jacket. They were to make bread. Jessica could not handle it - went back to bed.
- Ralph was first, Michael in 2nd & Jessica in last.
DINNER SERVICE:
There family was secretly voting on their dishes.
- EVICATED: Jessica.
EPISODE #10:
THE FINAL TWO
Michael & Ralph.
Both must design, create their menu & run the kitchen.
Public Taste Test - Michael won.
