Had to fix their signature dish.  Divided the group into RED TEAM:  Women & BLUE TEAM: Men.

DINNER SERVICE:
- Aaron was crying.
- Ramsey shut down the kitchen.
- LOSER:  Red Team. 
NOMINATION:  Melissa had picked:  Joanne & Tiffany.
EVICATED:  Tiffany.

EPISODE #2:
The Sous Chefs wake up the chefs at 5:56 am.
FIRST CHALLEGE:  Clean & prepare a DORY FISH  in 30 minutes.
- RED - 9   &   BLUE  - 8
- RED wins.  PRIZE:  A day a FISHING off the coast of Long Beach, CA.

LOSER:  Prep the fish for dinner.
DINNER SERVICE:
- Aaron serving Table-side ( by de-boning the fish for the customers).
- BLUE was kicked out of the kitchen & RED had to finish their service.

- BLUE LOST.
NOMINATION:  Rock had to pick Eddie & Josh.
EVICATED:  Eddie.

EPISODE #3:
WAKE UP CALL at 5:58 am the Sous Chef dressed as soldiers.

CHALLENGE:  Severe Breakfast to the Military ( Navy & Army).
- RED TERAM completed service lead by Julia & finish BLUE kitchen.
- RED WON. PRIZE:  Military date.  Meal on the USS Midway Ship.
- LOSER:  KP must peals onions & potatoes.
- Aaron went to the hospital & will not be back.
DINNER SERVICE:
- 2nd half of penalty  - must get water.
- Both Teams DID NOT finished service.
LOSER:  RED TEAM.
NOMINATION:  No -One picked.  Julia & Joanne.  But, Jen picked herself.
EVICATED:  Joanne for serving bad crabs.

EPISODE #4:
CHALLENGE:  Taste Test
- RED TEAM won.  PRIZE:  Dinning Experience.    Dining in the Dark.
- LOSER:  Must Prep BOTH kitchens  & taste nasty thing for lunch.
DINNER SERVICE: 
- BOTH kitchens was shut down.
- No winning teams.
- NOMINATIONS:  Rock picked Josh.
                                  Jen picked Melissa.
Ramsey OVERRULED their picks.  Bonnie & Vinnie.
EVICATED:  Vinnie.

EPISODE #5:
Went to the market.
CHALLEGE:  A Wedding Taste Sample.
- RED TEAM BLEW IT.  Melissa got on her team's nerves.  They lost.
- BLUE TEAM won.  PRIZE:  A Spa Treatment.
- LOSER:  Decorated the dinning room.

DINNER SERVICE:  The Wedding Reception.
- LOSER:  RED TEAM. 
- BLUE TEAM won.
- NOMINATION:  Jen picked Melissa & Bonnie.
EVICATED:  No-One.  BUT Melissa goes to BLUE TEAM. 

EPISODE #6:
CHALLENGE:  Lobsters
- Get them out & prepare 3 dishes in 1 hour.

- RED TEAM win.  PRIZE:  Photo Shoot with IN TOUCH Magazine.
- LOSER:  Blue Team - go through the trash & recycle everything.
DINNER SERVICE:
- LOSER - Blue Team.
- Red Team won.
NOMINATION:  Melissa & Josh.
EVICATED:  Melissa.  (Ramsey didn't think about it)

EPISODE #7:
CHALLENGE:  Leftovers
- Prepare 3 dishes from leftovers in 30 minutes.
- BLUE TEAM Wins.  PRIZE:  Paintball Game with Ramsey.
- LOSER:  Red Team.  Clean kitchen & Delivery Day.
DINNER SERVICE:  Make Your Own Menus.
- no winning teams.  Each team must nominate.
-NOMINATIONS:  Julia picked Bonnie.
                                 Brad picked Brad (himself)
EVICATED:  Brad.

EPISODE #8:
                          FINAL 5
         Bonnie, Julia, Jen, Rock, & Josh.
CHALLEGE:  FIRIST INDIVIUAL - Trendsetters
- taken to a local High School.
- must cook for 100 students in 1 hour.
- 51% Picked Julia.
- Julia won.  She picked Jen to join her in Vegas.
- LOSER:  Clean the dinning room.
DINNER SERVICE:  First Individual
- Josh was kicked out of the show immediately.  Was told to leave.
NOMINATIONS:  Bonnie picked Rock & Julia.
EVICATED:  Julia BUT Ramsey praised her by paying for to go to Culinary arts School.  :)

EPISODE #8:
Ramsey's Mom visit.
CHALLEGE:  Classic dish to fine dining in 1 hour.
- Bonnie - Frank & Beans,
- Jen - Fried Chicken, -
- Milly - Spaghetti & Meatballs.
Their Mother are the judges.
- Jen's win.  PRIZE:  Out to Lunch with her mother & $1,000.00 Shopping Spree.
LOSER:  Cleaning the dorms.
DINNER SERVICE:  Both complete services.

- All 3 get a turn at the pass.
EVICATED:  Jen.

EPISODE #10:
The Chef are at the End.
Must Create their own Restaurant
Going to Vegas to do their final challenge.
FINAL CHALLENGE:  Create their Signature Dish I 30 minutes.

- 7 VIP judges.
- Bonnie wins.
Return to HK.
Pick their teams.
BONNIE:  Jen, Melissa, & Julia.
ROCK:    Brad, Vinnie, & Josh.

EPISODE #11:  THE FINALE
FINAL DINNER SERVICE: 
- Both compete services.
       Rock vs.  Bonnie.
