- Then Motto is out, leaving only Ariel & Mia.

CHALLENGE: Create a dish & serve it tableside to chefs from the Los Angeles area.
- WINNER: Ariel PRIZE: a day at Malibu, massage at the beach & horseback riding.
- PUNISHMENT: Mia & Motto - Preparing citrus fruit for the bartenders.
DINNER SERVICE:
- All must run the pass.

- Motto out himself up. He want to quit because he wants go back home to Baton Rouge & show what he learned & helped that area culinary field to grow.
