The players are flown to Las Vegas to view the latest Hell's Kitchen restaurant. Then are told they will practice out Las Vegas.
FIRST CHALLENGE: not the signature dish. But will pair off with opposite player by spinning a slot machine to get a protein & 2 s vegetables in 45 minutes.

The Crate then fells to to the ground with a lot shrimp.
NEXT CHALLENGE(Individual): Each must create a fine-dining dish using the shrimp (tiger, Mexican, White etc..) shrimp in 30 minutes.

CHALLENGE: Create4 Mexican Classic Dishes - Tacos, Tostada, Enchilada & Chile Relleno. First chose your ingredients from placing an animal into your pen & find your eggs for side dish.

- Unscrambled word of ingredients - then give it or keep it. for 3 proteins: Rib eye, Halibut & Veal Chop. Make a dish with those ingredients.

- it was thunderstorm for Blue Team so they went to the Rec Center & played games.

START OFF: In the dorm. Complaining about the elimination.
NEXT DAY: Christine & Jason arrives & tells them to put on street clothes & meet them downstairs.
ARRIVED AT: A Theater with Gordon is in stage. Tells them they will have a VIP show. Criss Angel - Best Show in Las Vegas.
BACK AT HELL'S KITCHEN: Ramsey tells them he has some challenge for them to earned their Black Jackets (only 5).
1. TASTE IT, NOW MAKE IT: 40 minutes to figure out what the dish is then replicate it.
- Only Mary Lou had the correct protein: Cod. Also, Declan made the Black Jackets.
2. PICK A SECURITY GUARD WITH THEIR INGREDIENTS.
- Amber, Kori, Cody, Nikki.
- Black Jackets: Cody & Kori.
3. FINAL CHALLENGE: Amber vs. Nikki.
- Create a dish telling where you came from.
- Black Jacket: Amber.
ELIMINATED: Nikki - but Ramsey offer her to teach her if she come to any of his restaurant.
EPISODE #13: It's Time. 5 Left.
START OFF: In the Dorm - Mary Lou & Cody are getting friendly in the Hot Tub until Amber interrupted them.
NEXT DAY: The Chefs hear an voice announcing a Boxing Match in the kitchen. ANNOUNCER: Bruce Buffer.
CHALLENGE: 5 rounds which the chefs will grap ingredients from under the dome & use it to create a dish. 5 rounds & 40 minutes.
- GUEST JUDGE: Michael Cimarusti, Owner of Providence in Los Angeles.
WINNER: Mary Lou.
PRIZE: At Dream Racing- Race an luxury car, then lunch at Palm Las Vegas. Can take Kori.
PUNISHMENT: Amber, Cody & Declan. Recycling Day.

- Amber can't cook the fish & starting to cry again.

ELIMINATED: Amber - she inconsistent.
EPISODE #14: Snuggling with the Enemy. 4 Left.
FINAL FOUR: Kori, Declan, Mary Lou & Cody.
NEXT DAY: Christina & Jason wakes up the chefs & tell them to go directly to Ramsey's office. The dinning room has become a nightclub full of guests.
CHALLENGE: Creative a sophisticated comfort food to serve them in1 hour.
- Kori burned her sesame seeds,
- Mary Lou made Salmon Croquettes.

- START OFF: Headed back to the dorms. There was gifts for them & Champaign.

LAST CHALLENGE: Teaming up with a Sous Chefs: an amazing Cold Appetizer, One Hot Appetizer, A Seafood entre, A beautiful Chicken Entre and a Mind Blowing Meat Entre.

NEXT DAY: Ramsey called the chefs individually into his office. Their family's member was there. Then takes the chefs for a "surprised tour " of Vegas.

- The chefs prepare for their Final Dinner.
- Amber is still mad that Kori didn't pick her first, she thinks she is a good cook. ( if she did not cry as much as she will be a better cook.)
FINAL DINNER SERVICE:
- Both had problems with the cooks. Had to switch them around.
THE WINNER IS: KORI ( I am not happy about that)
